Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are the rules of the Stag Environmental Summer 2025 Kids Quad Raffle. By buying a ticket for this raffle, the entrant is bound to these rules.
Stag Environmental reserves the right to exclude & refund an entry if the player rejects any part of the following rules:
Stag Environmental is committed to ensuring that the Summer Raffle is operated in a secure, fair and socially responsible way and to endorsing responsible gambling amongst its entrants.
Stag Environmental is licenced to hold this raffle with the Somerset Council under The Small Society Lotteries Regulations 2007, registration number: LN/000009281.
Responsible Person: Pete Day. The responsible person is not eligible to play the Stag Environmental Summer 2025 Kids Quad Raffle.
The raffle is organised and run by Stag Environmental Ltd. Each ticket costs £5 and upon receipt of payment, you will be issued with a unique ticket number.
• Participants must be over the age of 18, and we are unable to award the prize to anyone under the age of 18.
• Entrants must reside in the United Kingdom (defined as England, Scotland and Wales and associated islands).
• Any entry purchased by a person who cannot later produce proof of age (Photo ID, Driving Licence, Passport) shall forfeit any allocated prize and monies will be returned.
• Raffle tickets my be bought in person or over the phone from a Stag Environmental Ltd representative and may be paid for in cash or UK debit card. Credit cards will NOT be accepted.
Entries for the raffle will CLOSE on Wednesday 27th August 2025, 5pm.
The raffle DRAW date is Friday 29th August 2025.
The draw will be filmed and published on our website & social media sites. Only the first name of the ticket holder and ticket number will be announced. The winner will be contacted immediately following the draw. All profits from ticket sales will be donated to the Devon Air Ambulance charity.

The Prize
Stag Environmental will supply the winning ticket holder with a new Polaris Outlaw 70 EFI Youth ATV (mrrp value of £2,799.00 + VAT), or apply equivalent credit of that value towards an alternative Polaris Youth model, subject to availability and the remaining balance being paid in full to entire mrrp value of that alternative model prior to handover.

• Delivery of the machine is not included.
• The machine will be supplied with a safety helmet and a standard Polaris new owner’s handover pack and safety information.
• Stag Environmental Ltd take no responsibility for user safety or driving ability, or damage or loss.
• It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to insure the vehicle.
• These are Youth machines and are suitable for off-road use only.
